While there was a little less action (the sexy kind of action I mean) then we are used of our boys, I didn't mind it as hard as I thought I would be.

This book was a wonderful mix of fairy dust and fairy lust. And the title of this book, "Fairy Dead" left me anxious for what was about to happen! I wasn't ready to lose any of the main characters, but of course, it also intrigued me so much I couldn't wait to start. In the last book we ended with Ell being left alone by ALL her boys! (I mean talking about a plot twist). ***I obtained an ARC of Fairy Dead in return for an honest review.***Īfter the last book in this series, I didn't think I could like a book more than that one.

And they are, Haha, but still, it was nice to see them not be so perfect. I loved that because the first 4 books were all about how Ell needed to change, as if her boys were perfect specimens. The plot twist in this one was also a mind-blower, and leads to even more growing up for Ell, but not just her, her boys make a lot of changes in this one too. Halfway through the book though, and my jaw was once again on the floor.Įll has really amped up this series, and Ell has really matured between #4 & #5. In Fairy, Fairy, Quite Contrary, the ending is a real plot twist that I never saw coming, so I was chomping at the bit to see what would happen between Ell and her boys.

This series just keeps getting better and better. I wasn't ready to lose any of the main characters, but of course, it also intrigued me so much I couldn't wait to start. Fairy Dead by the title alone scared me because I was terrified by the meaning. I didn't think I could like a book more than I did book 4 in this series, and this one came along. I thoroughly enjoyed this installment in the series and can’t wait for the epic conclusion after the ending of this book! Just when you thought Ell’s world couldn’t get crazier and things will finally work out, Ellie Aiden throws some epic twists to reel you back in.įairy Dead is full of magic, mystery, action, adventure, suspense, fantasy, and steam. There is a lot of action in this book and some jaw-dropping twists and turns. Throughout this book Ell’s relationship with all of her men is in jeopardy as she’s unsure of where they are headed after the bomb that was dropped at the end of book 4. She’s still smart-mouthed, but has tamed herself. Ell has had to face a lot of challenges in the past few months and has really matured. We see a different Ell in this book from the previous books.

Things should be looking up as Ell gets crowned Queen. Ell and the Seelie finally have control of the capital back after months of fighting King Tobin and the UnSeelie. Fairy Dead by Ellie Aiden is book 5 in A Fairy Awesome Series.
